Nobel Justice Group — in Persian, گروه دادگستر نوبل — is the practice of Hosein Shahrokhi and his colleagues, based in Tehran.
The firm
Hosein Shahrokhi is an attorney at law admitted to the Central Bar Association, with close to twenty years in practice and a master’s degree in criminal law and criminology. He has acted for companies including leasing institutions, industrial groups and a petrochemical trading company, and for individuals whose cases were followed in the Iranian press.
The firm of nine lawyers works across criminal defence, civil and commercial litigation, family law, property and registration matters, and arbitration. Several members work regularly on matters with a foreign element; the languages spoken are Persian, English and Turkish.
How we work with clients abroad
A meaningful share of the practice is for people whose lives are not in Iran but whose legal problem is. That work has its own demands — documents crossing borders, time differences, clients who cannot read the file — and the firm is organised for it rather than treating it as an exception.
We also act as local counsel for law firms outside Iran, and maintain a working relationship with Alkas Law in Türkiye for matters that touch both countries.
